Hight Intensity Interval Training Workouts

High Intensity Interval training workouts can be any type of exercise as long as you giving maximum effort for a full ten to twelve seconds, resting for another ten to twelve seconds, and repeating the same high intensity exercise over and over again for a designated number of repetitions.
One of the most common and easiest to do is a full on sprint. Sprinting as hard as possible, as fast as you can for a full ten seconds, stopping to rest for another ten seconds and repeating the sprint, ten times will get you winded in no time, and will give you great results. This can method can work for swimming as well. The most important thing to remember is to give a maximum effort each time and to rest only for ten seconds between each repetition.
